Major changes since 3.0.7:
- The user manual is now translatable using .po files. The wiki was unmaintainable.
- Cairo version of all input widgets.
- Improved html widget if GtkHtml is not available.

- When using other input widgets than the buttons interface: adjust the range of tones used to the widget used so that it is possible to answer.
