- The users manual is now (again...) written in docbook xml. But the new is that translations are now handled using the standard gettext tools and xml2po. This make life much easier for translators. The wiki setup we used for 3.0 was a nightmare to keep in sync.
- The user manual is browsed in a separate window.
- dataparser.py: can now use + and % operator on translated strings
- added the lesson file header variable
help that let the lesson file show a different help file than the generic module help page. This let us have a special help page for scales, even if the scale exercises are written using the idbyname module.
- Marked lots of strings in lesson files for translation.
